Hire Motorcycle operates as a marketplace and advertising platform. We do not own or operate the motorcycles listed by independent motorcycle owners.
Our role is to provide the technology and online platform that helps owners advertise their motorcycles and enables potential renters to find and connect with them.
Motorcycle owners are responsible for ensuring that their motorcycles are legally registered, properly maintained, appropriately insured where required, and compliant with applicable laws and requirements.
Renters are responsible for making their own enquiries before renting, including checking the motorcycle’s condition, relevant documentation, insurance status, roadworthiness and suitability for their intended use.
Our Approach to Verification
To help maintain the quality and integrity of our marketplace, Hire Motorcycle may conduct limited verification of motorcycle listings, including reviewing registration information and photographs submitted by owners.
However, the appearance of a motorcycle on our Platform does not mean that Hire Motorcycle has certified the motorcycle’s roadworthiness, mechanical condition, insurance status or full legal compliance.
We encourage renters to make appropriate checks and satisfy themselves that a motorcycle is suitable and lawful to use before accepting it.
