This Refund Policy applies to all motorcycle rental bookings made with Hire Motorcycle (“Hire Motorcycle”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) through hiremotorcycle.com (the “Website”) or our mobile application (the “App”).
By completing a booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
1. Customer Cancellation Policy
1.1 Full Refund – Cancellation 48 Hours or More in Advance
Customers are eligible for a 100% refund of the total rental amount paid if the booking is cancelled 48 hours or more before the scheduled rental start date and time.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during booking.
1.2 Partial Refund – Cancellation Within 48 Hours
If a booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled rental start date and time, the customer will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total rental amount paid.
This applies to cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before the rental start time.
1.3 Same-Day Cancellations / No-Show
No refund will be issued for:
- Same-day cancellations
- Failure to collect the motorcycle at the scheduled rental time (“No-Show”)
- Cancellations made after the rental period has officially started
2. How to Cancel
All cancellation requests must be made through our Website or App and confirmed in writing via SMS or WhatsApp:

3. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days and returned to the original payment method wherever possible.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Same-day cancellations
- No-shows
- Early return of the motorcycle after the rental period has started
- Termination of rental due to violation of our Terms and Conditions
- Damage-related security deposit deductions (where applicable)
5. Policy Changes
Hire Motorcycle reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will apply only to bookings made after the updated policy is published.
