Yes, Hire Motorcycle App is currently available on the Google Play Store. Simply open the Play Store and search for “Hire Motorcycle” to find and download the app. Our iOS version will be released soon — stay tuned!

Create an Account

• Tap the three-line menu (☰) in the top-right corner.
• Select Sign In / Google Sign In.
• Select Register and create your Hire Motorcycle account.

You can easily list and advertise your motorcycle on the Hire Motorcycle website or mobile app by creating an account and selecting our Free Plan. Once your account and documents are verified, you will have full control to create and manage your listings directly from your profile.

Required Documents Before you begin, please have clear copies of the following document ready to upload during the onboarding process:

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Access Hire Motorcycle Visit the Hire Motorcycle website or download the Hire Motorcycle mobile app from the Google Play Store.

2. Create an Account (Note: If you are already registered, you can skip to Step 3).

• Tap the three-line menu (☰) in the top-right corner.

• Select Sign In / Google Sign In.

• Select Register and follow the prompts to create your account.

3. Choose a Plan & Verify Your Documents

• Navigate to the Membership Plans page and select the Free Plan.

• Once subscribed, go to your profile and select Settings.

• Scroll to the Document Verification section and click the link to upload supporting documents.

• This will open the Motorbike Listing & Onboarding Form. Fill in your details, upload the required motorcycle documents listed above, and click submit.

• Note: Please allow 24–48 hours for our team to verify your documents.

4. Complete Your Profile A detailed profile builds trust with potential renters.

• Open the ☰ menu, tap your username, and select Settings.

• Fill out your profile with essential information so customers can easily reach you. We highly recommend including your contact number, Instagram handle, Facebook page, website, and a brief introduction to your business.

5. Add Your Motorcycle Listing Once your onboarding form is submitted, you can immediately draft your listing:

• Click the + (plus) icon at the top of the page.

• Enter the required motorcycle details, set your rental price, upload high-quality photos, and submit the listing.

Important Information for Owners / Rental Agents

• Listing Approval: To ensure a quality experience for all users, your motorcycle listing will only go live after it has been reviewed and approved by our support team. Please double-check that all your information and documents are accurate to avoid delays.

Booking a motorcycle with Hire Motorcycle is simple and convenient. You can make a booking through our website or mobile app by choosing your preferred motorcycle, selecting your rental dates, and submitting your booking request.

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Visit Hire Motorcycle:
   Open the Hire Motorcycle website or Hire Motorcycle App.
2. Sign In or Create a Free Account:

• Tap the three-line menu (☰) in the top-right corner.
• Select Sign In.
• If you are a new customer, select Register and create your account for free.
• Log in to your account.

3. Browse Available Motorcycles:
   Go to the Motorcycles page and browse the motorcycles available for rent. Select the motorcycle you would like to rent to view its details, including the rental price, and other information provided by the owner.
4. Select your rental dates and your preferred location:
   Use the booking calendar to choose your start date and end date. Make sure the dates you select match the period you need the motorcycle.
5. Click “Book Now”:
   After selecting your preferred dates, click Book Now and follow the instructions to submit your booking.
6. Complete the Booking Process:
   Enter your personal details and upload your driving license to proceed. Then, simply reach out to the motorbike owner to arrange a payment method and discuss any specific needs if you have.

Hire Motorcycle is a platform that connects motorcycle owners with renters. We facilitate the booking process but do not take responsibility for verifying licenses or the condition of the motorbikes beyond basic checks.

For Renters:
During the booking process, renters are required to upload a copy of their driving license. The motorcycle owner can review the uploaded license along with the booking details and has the sole right to accept or reject the booking. Hire Motorcycle is not involved in this decision and does not verify the validity of the license.

For Motorcycle Owners:

Before any motorbike goes live on Hire Motorcycle, we run a basic approval check to confirm the bike actually exists—this helps us keep scammers off the platform!

To get approved, you'll need to submit a photo of the bike along with your Registration, Annual Fee Slip, Roadworthy Slip, and Insurance Slip.

Important Note on Liability: While we collect these documents to prevent fraud, Hire Motorcycle does not verify or guarantee that a motorbike is legally compliant, fully insured, or roadworthy. We strongly advise renters to do their own due diligence before hopping on a bike. If a motorcycle seems unsafe or is missing valid paperwork, the renter should not accept the keys.

Renter & Owner Responsibilities:

Every listing includes the owner's direct contact information to encourage open communication before a booking is made. However, please note that it is solely the renter’s responsibility to inspect the motorcycle and verify its documentation before hiring. If you suspect a motorbike is unsafe, poorly maintained, or missing required legal paperwork, you should decline the rental immediately.

No. Hire Motorcycle does not provide a money-back guarantee for motorcycle rental transactions.

Hire Motorcycle operates as a platform that connects motorcycle owners and renters. We do not collect rental payments, process payments, or facilitate financial transactions between the renter and the motorcycle owner.

Hire Motorcycle is also not a party to the rental agreement or transaction between the renter and the motorcycle owner. Therefore, any payment, cancellation, refund, damage, or other dispute arising from the rental agreement is a matter between the renter and the motorcycle owner.

Users are advised to carefully review the motorcycle details, rental terms, payment arrangements, and cancellation or refund conditions agreed with the owner before making any payment or accepting the motorcycle.

The motorcycle owner determines the rental price and rental conditions. Hire Motorcycle provides the platform for owners to list their motorcycles but does not generally determine the rental price.The platform's membership prices are set by Hire Motorcycle.

To complete a booking, renters must upload a copy of their driving license. The license is shared directly with the motorcycle owner/rental agent through the plateform. It is the owner’s/rental agents sole responsibility to review the license and decide whether to approve or decline the rental request.

Hire Motorcycle is a marketplace platform that connects motorcycle owners with renters. The rental agreement, payment arrangements, and use of the motorcycle are directly between the owner and the renter. Hire Motorcycle is not a party to the rental agreement and does not take responsibility for disputes arising from transactions between users.

If the dispute involves suspected fraud, theft, an accident, injury, illegal activity, or another serious matter, users should contact the relevant authorities or appropriate professional/legal services.

Cancellation and change of conditions are generally determined by the motorcycle owner/rental agent and should be agreed upon before the rental is confirmed. Please contact the owner/rental agent directly regarding cancellation, changes, refunds, or other rental arrangements.

Yes. Hire Motorcycle may reject, suspend or remove a listing if information or documents appear inaccurate, misleading or fraudulent; if the motorcycle is reported as stolen or unlawfully listed; if the listing violates our Terms and Conditions; or where removal is otherwise reasonably necessary.

All rental payments must be arranged and settled directly between the renter and the motorcycle owner.
