 I confirm ownership of the motorcycle(s) mentioned in this document and I authorize the designated Rental Agent to manage Motorbike rentals on my behalf. I certify all vehicles are fully registered, annual fees paid,  insured, and roadworthy, and that all provided information is accurate. Finally, I acknowledge Hire Motorcycle is strictly a marketplace (not an owner or operator), and I agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

I accept full responsibility for the legal compliance, management, and maintenance of the motorcycle(s).
