This Refund Policy applies to all motorcycle rental bookings made with Hire Motorcycle (“Hire Motorcycle”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) through our website hiremotorcycle.com (the “Website”) or our mobile application (the “App”).
By making a booking, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Cancellation by Customer
1.1 Full Refund – 48 Hours
You are eligible for a full refund of the total rental amount paid if you cancel your booking at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled rental start date and time.
Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
1.2 Cancellations Within 48 Hours
If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours before the scheduled rental start time, including:
- Same-day cancellations; or
- Failure to collect the Vehicle at the scheduled time (“No-Show”),
No refund will be provided.
2. How to Cancel
All cancellation requests must be submitted through the website or app and sent to us in writing via SMS or WhatsApp message:

The cancellation time will be calculated based on the time and date we receive your message.
3. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Within 2 Business Days Maximum.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be issued for:
- Same-day cancellations;
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental start time;
- No-shows;
- Early returns of the Vehicle after rental has started;
- Termination of rental due to breach of our Terms and Conditions.
5. Amendments to This Policy
Hire Motorcycle reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking will apply to that booking.
